Our Customer Service Representatives are highly trained telemarketing, telesales and service helpdesk professionals, many of whom have built their careers in managing and developing customer relationships.
These people are very, very good at what they do – and they have that authenticity factor that absolutely makes the difference in how customers feel. Managing those teams is a senior team with over 60 years experience in some of the country’s busiest call centers.
Ann Rowell Managing Director
Ann has owned and run numerous successful businesses for over 25 years. A firm believer in the role of systems and processes to ensure organisations run smoothly, Ann values feedback from clients and celebrating successes alongside her team.
Outside of work, Ann likes gardening, bread making, reading and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Sharon Rowell General Manager
Sharon has a BBS and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Finance (Massey University) and 18 years’ contact centre experience. Her strengths are strategic contact centre planning, staff management and logistics. Prior to setting up Corporate Connect, Sharon worked at the ANZ Bank Call Centre as a Customer Service Representative and then as a Team Leader.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, reading and gardening.
Wendy Betham Contact Centre Manager
With 20 years Contact Centre experience for organisations like Wellington Newspapers, Foxtel, BNZ and ANZ, Wendy has extensive workforce planning and leadership experience. She has overall responsibility for recruiting, training and managing our Customer Service Representative workforce to meet our goal of delivering a quality call, every call.
Happily married to an avid golfer makes Wendy a golf widow every weekend, giving her just enough time in her busy schedule to watch reality TV, follow sports such as netball and rugby and to run around with her large, and very busy, extended family.
Michael Rowell Project Director
Michael has a Dip. Financial Advising and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets (Australian Securities Institute). He specialises in IT infrastructure and business development. Before joining Corporate Connect, he was Managing Director at roading company Frimokar (Aust & NZ), Auckland Branch Manager at PSIS and a Finance and Investment Adviser at Money Managers and Financial Fitness. His hobbies include fly fishing, skiing and reading.
Varinnia Hunter Workforce Planner
Varinnia has been part of our team for over 10 years and is responsible for workforce planning to make sure that we always have the right number of Customer Service Representatives rostered on at all times. Her responsibilities extend to queue management and call forecasting.
Outside of work, Varinnia plays softball for Hutt City, and enjoys watching rugby, rugby league and basketball as well as spending time with her family.
